Where are your products made?

Everything is printed in-house at our facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. We use premium DTF (Direct to Film), screen print transfers, and sublimation methods. We do not outsource overseas.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, every time. No minimum purchase required.

What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right — exchange, reprint, or refund. We stand behind our products.

What sizes do you carry?

Most of our apparel is available in sizes S through 3XL. Size charts are available on individual product pages.

Can I get a custom design or bulk order?

Absolutely. Email us at support@pardonmyfreedom.com with your idea or quantity needs and we'll put together a quote.

Are you really veteran-owned?

Yes. Pardon My Freedom is a brand of Gooder Labs LLC, a veteran-owned company based in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping in the future.
